• Save 10% off your next session when you refer a new guest!  We are so appreciative of your referrals!  As our thank you, get 10% off your next service when you refer a new guest.   Credit applied to your profile when your guests receive a service. Only one discount per visit, valid in studio only, not valid with any other offer or discount.  

What you need to know when booking your appointment:
50% deposit is now required when booking your appointment.  Balance of your appointment will be due at checkout following your session.  If you are paying with a gift card, you will receive a refund of your deposit once your service has been provided.  Please be aware that Square may take 2-3 business days to process your refund.

HSA/FSA cards accepted for your sessions.  Your receipt includes information typically requested by HSA/FSA accounts. 
Complimentary Superbill provided upon request.  Must be requested prior to session.  Guests must provide DOB, ICD diagnostic & CPT codes obtained by your physician in order for a superbill to completed for your session.  Multiple requests to change or resend Superbill will result in $25 administration charge.  Business not responsible for insurance or reimbursement matters.  Please consult with your insurance to understand your policy guidelines & requirements. 

Sessions do start on time so that we may honor everyone's time!    Please arrive 5-10 prior to your appointment time and use bathroom in order to get the most out of our time together!     Late starts may not be extended unless schedule allows.  If you have an urgent need for an appointment or evening request please reach out and we will try to fit you in.

Please sign new guest service agreement prior to session and review business policies.   Sessions do not begin unless service agreement is completed so must be completed in advance to avoid disruption of your session. 

​Guests are responsible to communicate all health issues that may prohibit massage therapy & provide written physician approval if necessary in advance.  If it is determined at time of appointment that your health prohibits the session booked, modifications will be made & guests will be responsible for payment of original session booked.
